After a successful twenty-year career as an apparel designer in the activewear industry, Grace decided to take two of her lifelong passions, yoga and dance, and turn them into her life’s work. Both are rooted in divine love of movement, form and breath.
Dedication and commitment to her work is fueled by the powerful changes she has experienced and witnessed both personally and professionally.
She has been teaching, conducting workshops and inspiring students for the past ten years.
Grace is a 500-hour E-CYT (Experienced Certified Yoga Teacher). She has a 200-hour certification in Transformational Yoga from Sanctuary Studios in Plymouth, MA, plus a 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training certification from Dragonfly Yoga Barn Studio in North Sandwich, NH. Both programs were Yoga Alliance Approved. She also has certifications in Pilates Mat, Zumba and Pound Fitness.
She loves boogie boarding with her husband and their three teens, working out, taking long walks and studying subjects related to spirituality. Her favorite asana (pose) is savasana on her paddle board, in the middle of a lake, on a hot summer day.
Her intention is to live life inspired and hopefully, to inspire others to do the same.
